Demand for vacation homes in Florida is seasonal and our rates reflect that, as shown below. 

All prices are inclusive of all local taxes.

For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Pool Heating US$25 per day ~ recommended between October-April.
25% deposit required at booking with full payment made 8 weeks prior to your stay.

A security deposit of US$300 is required for each booking and will be refunded within 28 days of your stay.
